Why do I get send to German disticts??? - Guild Wars Forums

Not sure where to put this because I don't know is this a bug or something I did.
Anyway the problem is each time I enter any oupost I get send to German District 1, now acording to Guild Wiki players in European territory are placed in districts that matches the language that is set in their game's options, of course my language is set on english because I am not a german, I never was a german, nor do I ever intend to be a german so I just can't get why do I get send to German Dis. every single time I zone somewhere.
